Through the years, Penguin Gallery played hosts and promoted some of the Philippines most talented but otherwise relatively 'unknown' musicians. Playing to an international set of Penguin regulars the scene is considered as the only real 'alternative' music. We simply refused to compromise when it comes to inviting our regular musicians/perfomers.
